Viewed from a delightful winters walk starting in Contin I had never ever seen this view look so bleak and cold. Usually our walks reveal this to be a scene of green lushness or warm autumn colours. In the distant fields herds of sheep can be seen, tough creatures indeed to survive outdoors in these below freezing point condtions!
