Viewed from the hill known as Creag Bheag, just above Corriehallie, is An Teallach which is, in my opinion, Scotland's most magnificent mountain. To the left is the track which leads eventually to one of Scotland's mountain bothies - Shenavall. This wilderness area is a mecca for hill walkers and climbers. An area in which small oasis of 'civilisation' isolated in the wilderness are connected by narrow roads which, by necessity, take tortuous but heart achingly beautiful routes between the mountains and round the lochs. Also, Scotland's toughest and most remote long distance wilderness walk, the Cape Wrath trail, passes through the fantastic landscape shown in this scene.
